You live less than an hour from LA, but if you are like most of us, you want to get out of the city, not head back in, but LA is a great place to visit for a day trip or a weekend getaway.<\/p>\n

Here are some fun things to do in LA!<\/p>\n

1. Take a hike on Mount Hollywood, home to the iconic Hollywood sign at sunset. Enjoy views of the Santa Monica Mountain Range, Central Park of Los Angeles, and the Greek Theater.<\/p>\n

2. Take a Hollywood Bike Tour this summer. We all know about the famous bus tours of Hollywood, but why not pedal past stars, Capital Records, the famous Dolby Theater and Nickelodeon Studios. Stop at TCL Chinese Theatre and shop at the Grove. Several companies provide guided bike tours.<\/p>\n

3. Visit Magic Castle for a tour to learn the ancient art of magic, enjoy a meal and a Victorian s\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n

4. Spend the night. Splurge and gawk at stars at the Beverly Hilton or the Hollywood Roosevelt.<\/p>\n
