Come to the Encino Community Center Halloween Event

Calling all Encino residents. The Encino Community Center will be hosting its Halloween Carnival this Saturday, from 12 to 4pm. The event starts with a Pokemon theme, so everyone addicted to the mobile app will have a wonderful time. Activities start at 12pm and include face painting, carnival games, food decorating, treats, a costume contest and so much more.

The costume portion of the event begins at 3pm and will be broken down into four age categories to make thing fair for everyone involved. Costume categories include funniest, scariest, most heroic, villains, most creative and prettiest. Stop by in any type of costume you’d like, because you might be a winner.
