How To Have a Safety and Awesome Halloween

Halloween is such a great holiday and continues to be an awesome way to kick off the end of the year. Over the next few weeks you’ll probably attend an assortment of holiday events ranging from actual parties, to work events, to your kid’s school festivals. And that's not counting the actual trick-or-treating part of the holiday.  So in our blog this week, we have an assortment of Halloween tips to make this one the best ever.

Jenga: turn your Jenga set (you know you have one) into glow in the dark awesome for your kids. Buy glow in the dark spray paint at a local department store or Target and paint each brick. Once its ready, your kids kids will be addicted.

 

Safety: cars and traffic should be your biggest safety concern this Halloween. Try to keep your kids visible to motorist when trick-or-treating with reflective tape or bright colored costumes. Halloween takes place when frustrated drivers are trying to make their way home. So always remain aware of your surroundings and possible cars coming your way. 

 

Candy: don’t be too fancy with your candy. Just grab bags with sweet or sour pieces. Many kids have food allergies, so stay away from the peanuts or coconuts. Parent of trick-or-treaters will thank you.
